After over two decades in executive leadership in sport, mining, retail and broadcasting, one of the co-founders followed her passion for assisting young people to realise their dreams by establishing Empiras Global Academy. Together with her daughter, a co-founder and Masters student at Georgia Tech, USA, they have three decades of study abroad experience. In addition, they possess over a decade of experience in the smooth transitioning of young people to home schooling across three different curriculums of K-12 (USA), Cambridge (UK) and CAPS (SA).

Ms Gugu Ntuli, MBA
Co-Founder & CEO
A visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate marketing and strategy, Gugu founded Empiras Global Academy in 2021. With a deep-rooted passion for empowering Southern Africa's youth and expanding their horizons, Gugu is on a mission to revolutionize education. As a product of global education and experience herself, she brings a unique perspective to the table, and her drive for progress is contagious.
Ms Lungile Ntuli
Co-Founder & CTO
In 2024, Lungile Ntuli joined Empiras Global Academy whilst completing her master's degree in Computer Science in the United States. Thanks to her top-notch technical skills and global education background, Lungile brings an electrifying new viewpoint to the academy and is ready to take the lead. Her passion and drive are sure to make waves.
